About

The Avni Lab

Our lab focuses on the way by which genetic and environmental factors integrate in regulating gene expression in immune cells, mostly in T helper (Th; CD4+) cells as the orchestrators of the immune response.

We also focus on the innate immunity, especially in the mechanisms underlying the involvement of inflammation in heart failure and reproductive system.

We are Located at the Faculty of Medicine in the Galilee, Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
